What does your website design process look like?

1. Requirements - Collect customer insights, assess the landscape, current pain points, business goals, determine what to focus on and establish the scope of your project.
2. Proposal - Suggest a package based on your requirements, confirm the budget and timelines, and propose a strategy. Design concept and layout design, visual positioning, mood-boards, 2-3 concepts of the key web pages, high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototype when applicable.
3. Development - Design, implement third party integrations, test, and preview over a short period of time. This allows for concentrated feedback and faster development.
4. Review - Client reviews website and provides feedback, which is actioned and followed by final sign-off. The site is launched upon approval.

What kind of work can I request?

We can take care of almost any digital design request you have. Whether it's logo creation, social banners, custom vector artwork (illustrations), one-off landing pages, or something completely different, we've got you covered. Get in touch to let us know what you need and we'll get on the case.

How long does it take to design a website?

For our Foundation websites which are based on our templated site structure your website could be up and running in as little as 14 days. If it is a marketing website, we allocate more than 14 days on design and 10 days on the front-end development. A very rough time estimate starts from 3.5 months and goes up.

When estimating a website project, keep in mind extras like copywriting, visual content like iconography, illustrations, or photography. In addition to that, the design complexity of the future website defines the timeframe. It can be a simple static one-page website or interactive storytelling with beautiful animations. Our goal is to help our clients identify what works for them and set them up for success.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing depends on the scope of work and individual requirements, features and functionality. All our proposals and quotes are based on our hourly rates, even though we work with a fixed budget most of the time. We have examples prices for our default website packages here, which should give an idea based on features you may require.

Do you provide website maintenance services?

The website going live is just the beginning. We highly recommending hiring us for maintenance work so that we can continue supporting constant iterative improvements. We have a retainer for maintenance work. It is an amount that covers a certain number of hours dedicated to closing new tasks in your bug tracker, implement new design fixes, and make sure you have a seamless handoff with us. We support our clients' projects as long as necessary. Once all the extras of a project are agreed we will setup the hosting and extras into one convenient monthly amount.

We love working with startups. Most of our clients are established businesses, and some of them are growing early-stage startups that are now going from strength to strength.
